Beautiful Area and Community

I just renewed my lease after one year. I love living here and love my 3rd floor unit. It's very peaceful and tranquil. At times I miss being able to hang out by a nice size pool and on site gym though. I've accommodated these pleasures by going to nearby 24 hr fitness. Any issues I've had with repairs and maintenance are accommodated within 24 hours. I love that the community is small and we all look out for each other. It's a great place to live!

2+ years into our residency here and so can tell you that management is still just as attentive as the day we moved into. Normal wear and tear items in the apartment are tended to within an hour of our service call. Barbara and our maintenance man, Carl are just tremendous. Feel very lucky to live here.

I've been living at Bollinger Crest Apartments for 5 years. My view is beautiful, the apartment design is great with newer appliances and Barbara, the manager and Carl, the maintenance man are awesome. I highly recommend it!
